FAQs
1. What services do you offer?
I provide interim and transitional executive leadership and advisory support, including:
Interim CEO and COO leadership during periods of disruption or transition
Fractional executive leadership for organizations not yet ready for a full-time hire
Board and executive advisory focused on governance, execution, and risk
Operational assessments with short-horizon action plans
Restructuring, turnaround, and post-acquisition integration support
For larger or more complex engagements, I can assemble trusted specialists across finance, operations, and technology as needed.
2. What industries do you work with?
I primarily work with:
Manufacturing and CPG businesses, including food and regulated products
Founder-led, PE-backed, and publicly traded companies
Organizations navigating leadership gaps, restructuring, or operational stress
My background spans manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, and regulated environments.
3. Do you have experience with both private and public companies?
Yes.
I’ve served in senior leadership roles across founder-led, private, and publicly traded companies. This includes building companies from the ground up, preparing organizations for public-company standards, and leading through periods of market volatility and operational distress.
4. Do you have experience with ERP systems and technology platforms?
Yes.
I’ve architected and implemented ERP and reporting systems across multiple organizations, including public-company environments. My focus is on aligning systems, processes, and training so technology supports decision-making rather than adding friction.
5. How do you support finance and operations teams?
Support may include:
Interim leadership and executive oversight
Financial reporting, forecasting, and operational visibility
Restructuring and cost discipline, including SG&A
Alignment between finance, operations, and executive leadership
The objective is stability, clarity, and execution.
6. How long do engagements typically last?
Engagements vary by situation.
Some assignments are short-term (4–8 weeks) and assessment-driven. Others extend longer when interim leadership or execution support is required. Scope and duration are defined up front based on the organization’s needs.
7. What is your pricing structure?
Engagements are structured based on scope and responsibility.
I do not offer hourly consulting. Pricing reflects the level of leadership, accountability, and time commitment required. An initial conversation is used to determine fit and scope.
8. Do you offer virtual engagements?
Yes.
I work both virtually and onsite, depending on the needs of the engagement. I have working conversational proficiency in Italian and foundational Spanish.
9. What makes your approach different?
I operate as a hands-on executive, not a traditional consultant.
My background spans product, manufacturing, operations, finance, and governance. I focus on practical execution, disciplined processes, and measurable outcomes, particularly in complex or high-pressure environments.
10. Do you accept referrals?
Yes.
I appreciate thoughtful introductions that lead to mutually aligned engagements.
11. How do you handle confidentiality?
All engagements are governed by mutual NDAs. Client confidentiality and sensitive information are treated as a priority at all times.
12. What is your approach to restructuring and turnaround situations?
My approach typically includes:
Clarifying leadership roles and decision rights
Assessing unit economics and operational viability
Identifying underutilized capacity and inefficiencies
Prioritizing near-term actions to stabilize operations
The focus is on restoring control and creating options.
13. Do you offer speaking engagements or workshops?
Yes, selectively.
Speaking engagements and workshops focus on leadership, operations, and execution in complex environments. Topics and format are tailored to the audience.
14. How do you qualify engagements?
I begin with an initial conversation to understand the situation, urgency, and expectations. The goal is mutual claritybefore any commitment is made.
